Brea 海底撈 Haidilao Fusion Shabu

海底撈小火鍋是Brea Mall裡新開的餐廳， Arcadia Mall裡有另一間海底撈，那間是賣一般的火鍋，不是小火鍋， 海底撈在中國有名的就是他們的尊貴服務。 這是我們第二次來這間餐廳了， 第一次來的時候超滿意，所以很快兩星期後就再來一次。

Haidilao is a new shabu place that opened in Brea Mall.
They have another location in Arcadia Mall, and that’s a regular hot pot place, not shabu.
Haidilao is famous in China for their VIP service.
This was our second visit to the Brea shabu location.
We were really impressed the first time and came back again after two weeks.

Free appetizers, kimchi and potato salad, was served right after ordering.

點完菜之後服務生先送上免費小菜，泡菜和馬鈴薯沙拉。

Dr. P got house spicy, and I got the mushroom.
Dr. P didn’t like the house spicy.
He said he rather get the kombu broth and add hot drops.
I enjoyed my mushroom broth though.

湯頭有好幾種選擇，
這次公園先生選了招牌辣，我選了香菇，
公園先生不太喜歡他這次的湯頭，
他說還不如選昆布湯頭然後再加上幾滴hot drops，
我倒是覺得香菇的湯頭不錯。

Lots of vegetables, cabbage, kale, broccoli, mushroom, carrot and purpler yam.
I love all of the vegetables.
There were also tofu, udon and glass noodle.
On our first visit, we didn’t get any noodle or yam though.

他們的蔬菜盤給的很大方，大白菜，羽衣甘藍，花椰菜，香菇，紅蘿蔔還有紫薯，
每種蔬菜我都喜歡，另外還有豆腐，烏龍麵和粉絲，
不過我們第一次來的時候沒有紫薯，也沒有烏龍麵和粉絲。

For our protein, we ordered one short rib and one pork to share.
Their meat quality is really good. The portion is generous.
We got a lot of food for $13.

我們點了一份牛肉和一份豬肉兩個人分食，
他們肉的品質很不錯，份量也很大，$13一份真的很划算。

Since the restaurant is new, the waitstaff is very nice but probably needs more experience.
We enjoy the food, and definitely will return again.

餐廳新開張不久，服務生人都很好，非常有禮貌，但是工作似乎還不太熟練，
我們很喜歡這家，以後應該會常常來的。
